What you're buying
The Officiant Kit is a digital writing service. Your purchase includes: a complete personalized wedding ceremony script generated from the details you provide, up to 5 revisions within 30 days, the ceremony timeline, delivery notes, and the legal quick-checklist. It is delivered on screen, instantly, on this website. Nothing ships.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate: your full ceremony script is generated and displayed on screen the moment you complete checkout and your questionnaire. Each generation is logged (time, ceremony details, and delivery confirmation) as proof of fulfillment. If a technical issue ever prevents generation, contact us and we will fix it the same day or refund you in full.
Our make-it-right policy
Every purchase includes up to 5 revisions within 30 days — change the tone, the length, or the details. If something isn't right, email [email protected] and we'll work with you the same day until it is. Because each ceremony is personalized digital work delivered instantly, all sales are final once your script has been generated; if a technical failure ever prevents delivery, we'll fix it same-day or refund you in full.
Refund policy
In short: all sales are final once your script has been generated, because each ceremony is personalized work delivered instantly. Two exceptions:
- We fail to deliver. If a technical issue prevents your script from generating, we fix it the same day or refund you in full — your choice.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. Email us before disputing; we resolve billing mistakes same-day, including refunds where appropriate.
Before you dispute a charge
One email to us is faster than any bank process — we respond same-day and make it right. The charge appears on your statement from Stripe on behalf of The Officiant Kit / Local Automation Pros. If you don't recognize it or anything looks wrong, email us first and we'll make it right immediately.
Privacy
Your questionnaire answers — the couple's names, stories, and details — are used only to write your ceremony. They are never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for marketing. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Partner program participants: we store your name, business, email, and referral statistics to run the program and pay you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Fair use
Your ceremony scripts are yours to use, print, and perform. The Kit may not be used to resell generated ceremonies as your own writing service.
Not legal advice
Officiant ordination, marriage-license, and solemnization rules vary by state and county. The Kit's legal checklist tells you what to verify; it is not legal advice and we are not a law firm.
